Adopters are responsible for all expenses incurred and planning necessary for the transport of a newly adopted Papillon to their home.
PCART encourages you to consider applying for a special Papillon located closer to where you reside.
The prohibitive cost and time consumption to coordinate these transports cannot be absorbed by PCA Rescue Trust.
